How introductions could work
Three simple steps
- 1
Discover
Browse professionals by craft, skill and suburb, all in one directory.
- 2
Request an introduction
Send a short note explaining what you would like to work on together.
- 3
Meet locally
Connect over coffee or at a community event close to home.
Safe by design
Not a social network
Connect is designed with Australia's under-16 social-media rules in mind. This is design intent, not legal advice.
No social feed
No timeline, no public posting, no comments or likes.
Opt-in profiles
Nobody appears unless they choose to create a professional profile.
Privacy controls
People decide what is visible and who can request an introduction.
No tracking of people
No live location sharing and no public follower counts.
Opt-in, privacy-controlled professional connection only.
